The William D. Lebo Memorial Foundation honors the legacy of Lieutenant Officer William D. Lebo, who served over 40 years with the City of Lebanon Police Department. The foundation helps support Lebanon County with the positivity and growth that Lt. Lebo strived for in his career and beyond.

Our Purpose
The purpose of the Foundation is to: (a) support the growth of Lebanon County, Pennsylvania and the City of Lebanon, always with positive intent; (b) support Lebanon County First Responders and their children by providing annual scholarship opportunities for continuing education, including trade schools, vocational-technical opportunities, apprenticeships, and university; and (c) provide comprehensive leadership development programs to the Law Enforcement Community, with a 10-year goal of having a nationally recognized Law Enforcement Leadership Development Academy.
Our Impact
Our foundation works with the Lebanon Police Department, First Responders and the local community to provide leadership training for city police officers, scholarships and training.
Our mission is to grow Lebanon, grow our leaders, and grow our future.
